What’s Included

1. Fitness Training
• Starting evaluation of fitness and golf level.
• Be-Weekly session with a certified coach 1 on 1.
• Design of a workout plan based on your goals with a 4 week plan & guidance through our Golf-Fit APP.
• Unlimited Group Classes: Access to yoga, golf-fit and functional training.
• Access to the fitness facility 24/7.

2. Indoor Golf Coaching
• Golf Swing Analysis: Advanced TRACKMAN technology to analyse and improve your swing.
• Be-Weekly personalised Golf Training Sessions: Led by SwissPGA certified professionals.
• Weekly Skill Challenges: Fun competitions with prizes to keep things exciting.
• Access to the indoor golf facility 24/7 & three 1 hour sessions weekly for training, on course play or skills challenge.

3. Nutrition consultancy
